Our wall frame is 75mm wide and there are two components of a wall frame, stud and plate. Each component is rolled, punched and cut accurately. All bracing is fitted in the factory at time of assembly. No additional bracing is required and no cyclone rods are required on steel frames due to their inherent strength. Frames are then assembled using hand held pneumatic riveting machines which install high shear strength rivets. We can produce frames up to W60 Cyclonic wind category.
Each individual wall frame is labelled as per drawings in order to ensure efficient erection on site. Extra studs and noggins can be situated in walls to allow for fixing points for interior lining and exterior cladding, but are not required for bracing values.
